Types of C-Plate Cover

FLAT COVER

As a basic form; applys to small, or medium-sized Cover. Production & application available in any form; such as a vertical, or horizontal type of a machine, on customers' requirements.

SLANT-SHAPED COVER

Apply to small, or medium-sized Cover. Slant-shaped Cover designed to induce all foreign materials (generated in machining; such as chips, coolants, etc.) to run down to one side of the slope.

MOUNTAIN-SHAPED COVER

Apply widely to all types; small, medium, or large-sized Cover. Mountain-shaped Cover is a design added with bending on the upper part to induce all foreign materials (generated in machin- ing; such as chips, coolants, etc.) to run down to both sides of the slopes.

HEXAGON-SHAPED COVER

Apply to large-sized Cover.
Hexagon-shaped Cover is the design reinforced to strenghen its rigidity, which stands out for an excellent durability.

DOOR SHAPED COVER

Apply to medium, or large-sized vertical moving parts of a machine. Custom-made order available in all directions of movement; Up/down/right/left. Its fine design and shape also has a great compatibility with peripheral devices.

LATHE-SHAPED COVER

Apply to all types; small, medium, or large-sized Cover. This Lathe-shaped Cover designed to prevents the pheno- menon of coming-off of Cover by using rail.

SLIDE PLATE

Slide Plate is the main component of Cover; protects important parts of a machine from foreign materials generated (such as coolant and chips) in the process of machining.

BRACKET

Bracket is the component designed to be assembled to various parts of a machine, supporting the welded, or assembled plate.

WIPER

Wiper is the component attaches to an end part of a plate; designed to operate together with Cover. Facilitate the pre- cision machining through a perfect contact force and an excellent sealing, giving a great effect on the life of machine.

ROLLER & GUIDE SHOE

Roller & Guide Shoe is the component adhered to a slider surface; helps Cover to move smoothly in straight lines on the surface of Bed, or LM of a machine in operation. The main materials used to produce is acetal and brass, and Hansung is holding various standard parts for various application conditions.
